We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join the Co-op Academies Trust as a senior member of our management team.
In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across our academies in the region, ensuring every school delivers the highest-quality education and outstanding outcomes for students, all grounded in our co-operative ethos.
You will act as a trusted ambassador for the Trust, fostering strong relationships with our sponsor, the Co-op, and identifying opportunities to benefit children, staff, and communities. A key part of your role will be to lead a Trust-wide priority area, driving excellence and innovation across our academies.
You will also oversee the establishment and operations of the regional Hub office, providing vital support to our schools and helping to ensure they are exemplars of co-operative values in action. Through your leadership, you will inspire collaboration, champion best practices, and contribute to a culture where co-operation is at the heart of how we live, work, and learn.
